Changed your mind? Returns accepted up to 30 days from purchase. All returned items must be unused and in sealed as new condition and returned well packed to avoid damage in transit. This is at your cost.

Should a item be faulty or broken please message us to arrange returns and refunds. Please add a photo of the issue when messaging to help us help you as quickly as possibly.

Comics/Magazines and Blind boxed and bagged items are not returnable once opened.

Statutory rights are not affected.

Pre Order Information.

Pre-orders can be placed by payment in full, via a 10% deposit and payment of balance before shipping or 10% deposit and create a payment plan. At all times should you cancel a 10% non-refundable deposit will be in place. Should the vendor cancel we will refund in full. 

Where a order contains in stock and pre order items we will ship when the full order is in stock unless further postage is covered. If you want the in stock sent straight away please place separate orders.


Shipping costs £4.00 and all items are sent boxed and well packed. In stock only orders will ship same day if placed before 1pm or next working day if placed after. 

Orders with both In-stock and Pre-order items will ship when full order is in stock, please place separate orders to get faster shipping.

We use DPD on all orders and in most cases is a next day service, some regions of the UK may take longer and weather and seasonal volumes may add to the delivery eta.

When Will My Order Arrive.

In stock items will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days of order and has a expected arrival of 48 hours, in the event of delays in transit please allow up to 72 hours before contacting us.

Please note during busy periods, sales events, seasonal periods like Xmas and Halloween handling time on in stocks may be increased.

Pre orders are clearly stated in the product title ("PRE ORDER JAN 2019" as a example) and subject to change, these orders will ship within 1 working day of arrival at our warehouse. These dates should not be taken as a guaranteed date and just an estimate.

Can I Cancel My Order.

Yes you can cancel at anytime up to shipping and get a refund less 10% non returnable deposit on pre-order lines.

If a item is already sent and you wish to return we will not refund postage costs.

Where the supplier cancels a item or there is a issue our end we will refund in fall including all postage costs.

Refunds will be processed within 20 working days and subject to card provider can take upto 3 working days to clear with your bank/payment provider.

Liability for any supplementary costs.

Where a order contains pre order and in stock items we will ship when full order is in stock unless further postage costs are paid.

If a order is returned to us due to no one home to collect any reshipping costs will be paid by the customer otherwise a full refund minus shipping and restock fees will be offered.

Should the carrier be at fault for non delivery via miss-routing and delayed/lost in post we will cover redelivery and make claim with the carrier.

Some larger items such as life sized figures will incur extra shipping costs due to weight, size and value of product, quotes will be given before purchase.

Box Policy.

While we always do our best to only send the best boxes minor box issues like dents, scratches and scuffs are not considered as product damage in line with industry standards. Mint in box collectors should message up before purchase and we will do our best but we simply can not promise 100% mint and returns can not be accepted at our cost for box damage.

Is There a Nerd Toys Retail Store?

At the moment we are 100% online and unable to have collection in person at our storage centre due to the ongoing pandemic. We will be opening a retail location in the future but until Covid is under control we are holding off on this side of the business and instead working to increase our online offerings. Keep a eye on our social media for updates when the time comes.

Items Sold Out.

Where a Item says sold out on the store we normally have them on back order with the suppliers, if we are not going to be able to get a item back in it will be removed from the page.

Parts Broke after opening.

Some action figures can be very stiff when opened and can break with ease if forced, we are unable to except returns for such issues as we get no vendor support as can be classed as misuse.

We always advise figures that feel stiff are given gentle heating to loosen the limbs before moving them, this is a very common thing that can be read about on many collector groups.

The most common method is to place the figure in warm water but heating with a hairdryer can also work.

My order is no longer showing on the website.

We only ever have a set allocation on all lines we stock and remove items from view once this is all sold to avoid the site looking like its mostly sold out lines and slowing load speeds. Your order will be on the system and part of our allocations.
