Returns

Changed your mind? Returns accepted up to 30 days from purchase. All returned items must be unopened and returned well packed to avoid damage in transit. A 10% restock fee will apply. Blind boxed products can not be returned once opened. Comics and Books are also non-returnable. This is at your cost. Should a item be faulty or broken please message us to arrange returns and refunds. Please add a photo of the issue when messaging to speed the process up.

Box Policy

While we always do our best to only send the best boxes minor box issues like dents, scratches and scuffs are not considered as product damage in line with industry standards. Mint in box collectors should message up before purchase as returns can not be accepted at our cost for box damage.

Pre Order Information.

All dates quoted are only a estimate provided at time of listing and subject to delay or cancellation by the vendor. If a item is cancelled you will get a full refund. Pre-orders can be secured as follows, 10% non-refundable deposit, balance will need to be paid 5 days before arrival and you will get a notification to complete payment. Payment plan, place a minimum 10% non-refundable deposit (large deposits can be paid, 10% remains the cap on non-refundable). You can then select to pay every 1,2,3 or 4 weeks with 4 payments to complete plan and stock will ship on arrival. Deposits remain non-refundable unless we or the vendor cancels the order in which case a full refund will be given. Or you can pay in full at point of purchase but the 10% non-refundable deposit still remain should you cancel.

Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked 48 at a cost of £4.00 for packing and postage. We always ship in boxes to ensure items arrive in the best possible condition (see box policy). Items over 2kg will be sent via Parcel Force 48 at a cost of £6.50. Some larger items such as life size figures, heavy statues and so on will have extra charges. In Stock items normally ship within 24 hours of order and orders placed before 9am will ship same day in most cases (seasonal delays may occur). Items paid for on Next Day service will ship same day if ordered before 9am otherwise will ship next working day. Pre Order items will ship within 1 working day or arrival in the warehouse (see Pre Order Information). Where a order contains in stock and Pre Order items the order will ship when all items are in stock regardless of shipping option selected. If you want in stocks sooner please place separate orders.
