Nerd Toys Xmas Saving Plans are an awesome way to help plan for Xmas shopping.

How it works,

Select the value you want to save from the different listings, we can create new listings if you want to save a different amount.

YOU MUST ADD TO CART NOT BUY FROM QUICK VIEW TO OPEN PAYMENT PLAN OPTION.

Select Payment Plan at checkout, you will then be taken to Partially to set up your payment plan to a maximum of 16 weeks.

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to set up the plan and you can then choose to pay every week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 weeks.

On completion of the plan, we will send you a Nerd Toys E-Gift Card via email to spend on your Xmas Gifts (or treat yourself).

If you choose to cancel you will be issued discount code to the value of your plan or refunded less the 10% non-refundable deposit.

When it comes time to use your voucher, we do ask you avoid pre-order items, these state pre-order in the title and details as these may not arrive in time for Xmas. Dates quoted are an estimate and subject to change without warning. In stock items (anything that does not state pre-order in title) will ship within 2 working days.

Once E-Gift Card is issued it can not be refunded.

Plans can only be paid via Debit/Credit cards.

We cannot guarantee particular items will be in stock at the time plan completes, we also offer LayBuy and Klarna at checkout for in stock lines.

Returns

Changed your mind? Returns accepted up to 30 days from purchase. All returned items must be unused and in sealed as new condition and returned well packed to avoid damage in transit. This is at your cost. Should a item be faulty or broken please message us to arrange returns and refunds. Please add a photo of the issue when messaging to help us help you as quickly as possibly. Comics/Magazines and Blind boxed and bagged items are not returnable once opened. Statutory rights are not affected.

Box Policy

While we always do our best to only send the best boxes minor box issues like dents, scratches and scuffs are not considered as product damage in line with industry standards. Mint in box collectors should message up before purchase as returns can not be accepted at our cost for box damage.

Pre Order Information.

All dates quoted are only a estimate provided at time of listing and subject to delay or cancellation by the vendor. If a item is cancelled you will get a full refund. Pre-orders can be secured as follows, 10% non-refundable deposit, balance will need to be paid 5 days before arrival and you will get a notification to complete payment. Payment plan, place a minimum 10% non-refundable deposit (large deposits can be paid, 10% remains the cap on non-refundable). You can then select to pay every 1,2,3 or 4 weeks with 4 payments to complete plan and stock will ship on arrival. Deposits remain non-refundable unless we or the vendor cancels the order in which case a full refund will be given. Or you can pay in full at point of purchase but the 10% non-refundable deposit still remain should you cancel.

Shipping

All shipping is via DPD Next day at a cost of £4.00 (normally £6.00) Some larger items will ship via Parcel Force or DHL. Free shipping on orders of £50.00 and over. We always ship in boxes with plenty of void fill.
