Since our last blog post which feels a long time ago now there has been a lot of little changes at Nerd Toys.

First while nerdtoysuk.com will always bring you to our store we now also have nerdtoys.com and we have recently added our new email info@nerdtoys.com

We have also add a free phone number, 0800 099 6376 (Nerd) open between 10 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

But that's not all we now offer LayBuy for in stock lines as a payment option and are looking at other options for the future along side Partal.ly which is our pre-order option.

And of course we are always looking at increasing the level of stock we have and Hasbro is now really taking off with our new distribution partners and much more in the works but lets save that for another blog.

Returns

Changed your mind? Returns accepted up to 30 days from purchase. All returned items must be unused and in sealed as new condition and returned well packed to avoid damage in transit. This is at your cost. Should a item be faulty or broken please message us to arrange returns and refunds. Please add a photo of the issue when messaging to help us help you as quickly as possibly. Comics/Magazines and Blind boxed and bagged items are not returnable once opened. Statutory rights are not affected.

Box Policy

While we always do our best to only send the best boxes minor box issues like dents, scratches and scuffs are not considered as product damage in line with industry standards. Mint in box collectors should message up before purchase as returns can not be accepted at our cost for box damage.

Pre Order Information.

All dates quoted are only a estimate provided at time of listing and subject to delay or cancellation by the vendor. If a item is cancelled you will get a full refund. Pre-orders can be secured as follows, 10% non-refundable deposit, balance will need to be paid 5 days before arrival and you will get a notification to complete payment. Payment plan, place a minimum 10% non-refundable deposit (large deposits can be paid, 10% remains the cap on non-refundable). You can then select to pay every 1,2,3 or 4 weeks with 4 payments to complete plan and stock will ship on arrival. Deposits remain non-refundable unless we or the vendor cancels the order in which case a full refund will be given. Or you can pay in full at point of purchase but the 10% non-refundable deposit still remain should you cancel.

Shipping

All shipping is via DPD Next day at a cost of £4.00 (normally £6.00) Some larger items will ship via Parcel Force or DHL. Free shipping on orders of £50.00 and over. We always ship in boxes with plenty of void fill.
